    Cancellation Policy

    Our payment provider is Stripe. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us of your decision in writing. If you have booked a Conference pass, an administration fee of €100 applies to all cancellations up to and including 7th October 2024, and we are not able to offer a refund after this date. However, your place can be transferred to a colleague, subject to written confirmation from the organiser. Please send your request to operations@stepconnect2.com.
